After downloading the manual and seeing everything that is to be done and over the period of time I am feeling like I was taken to the cleaners. This isn't a 6 minute process by any stretch of the imagination. I ordered the digital package and downloaded the manual but was unable to access the download of the video "Getting Started" or the 4 recorded audio coaching sessions. So here I have this manual and not the rest of what was promised and when I contact the "support" process I just keep getting this preprinted email that doesn't address my issue.
